A: Rykon Group has worked on projects across the Pacific Northwest since the 80’s. Q: If you had to choose your favorite design feature of the Kestrel Ridge homes, what would it be?
A: My favourite feature of the architecture would be the picturesque views and socializing-focused living area. With the 14’x10 windows, there are views from every angle within the home as well as a spectacular view facing the kitchen island. No matter where you sit, you can be engaged in the party and enjoy the view. The clerestory windows are also a fantastic feature bringing in light at any time of the day.
Q: What phase of construction is the Kestrel Ridge development currently in?
A: Phase one is nearly sold out with all homes under construction. Phase two lots are completed and we hope to be starting the first home construction by the end of the year.
