Your home in Kelowna awaits you in beautiful Kestrel Ridge. With Phase 1 complete, and Phase 2 underway, now is your chance to live in a beautiful paired home in the highly sought after community of Upper Mission. Here are some of the latest updates on the development.
Our new showhome is currently being built and will open in April 2020. It will showcase the Peregrine floorplan, which includes three bedrooms plus den, three bathrooms, and over 1750 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. The showhome will also feature sweeping north, east, and west views of Okanagan Lake and Kelowna’s bridge, which you can also get in your own home at Kestrel Ridge.
We’re ahead of schedule, and will now have a move-in-ready home complete in just two months. That means that as early as September, you can sip on a local wine on your expansive deck overlooking the lake. And even if you miss out on this fantastic property, there will be even more homes ready in November of this year.
One of the many great things about having a home in Kelowna’s Kestrel Ridge is the close proximity to beautiful golf courses. Harvest Golf Club, just a few minutes’ drive away, is a championship-length course with panoramic views of the Okanagan. The club also offers the largest practice facility in the Okanagan, so you can practice your swing or even train with a PGA of Canada Professional to take your game to the next level.
There is also Gallagher’s Canyon Golf club that allows you play amongst massive ponderosa pines, canyons, and streams. When you’re finished playing all 6,802 yards, enjoy a well-deserved refreshment and some amazing food on the clubhouse patio.
Nature is right in your backyard at Kestrel Ridge. Nearby is Johns Family Nature Conservancy Regional Park that has over 400 hectares of parkland and features panoramic views of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake. It also has trails that connect to Lebanon Creek Greenway Regional Park.
There is also Myra Canyon Trestles, which is a beautifully scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway. Here, you’ll see two tunnels and 18 trestle bridges that run along a steep-walled canyon with views will truly take your breath away. If you’re still looking for more nature, Chute Lake is nearby and offers a beautiful trails, opportunities to fish, and fantastic food at the cozy restaurant, The Water Stop.
